Bancroft Hires two new Architectural Designers & a Marketing Manager

Bancroft Architects + Engineers, a Chicago-based service-disabled Veteran owned small business, is pleased to announce the addition of two Architectural Designers and a Marketing Manager to their Elk Grove design studio.

During her career, DeLantrea Bibbs has accumulated over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture having worked on an array of project types that include Single and Multi-Family Residential Units; Restaurants; Retail, Educational, Office Spaces; and Public Safety and Laboratory Facilities. DeLantrea serves Bancroft A+E as an Associate Architect. She is proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit software with 18+ years using AutoCAD and 6+ years using Revit. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tuskegee University and a Masters of Business Administration from Devry University’s  Keller Graduate School of Management.

Outside of Bancroft A+E, DeLantrea often lends her architectural knowledge by volunteering with various architectural projects at the church where she attends and by serving as Adjunct Faculty at a local technical college in addition to her work with the National Association of University Women, a non-profit organization serving women, youth and the disadvantaged by addressing educational and health issues and providing scholarships.

Aarefa Palgharwala, another Architectural Designer, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014. She has extensive knowledge in programs like AutoCAD, Adobe Suits, SketchUp, and 3D Max .

Shannon Phillips, our new marketing manager, has extensive knowledge in the arts and in graphic design. By implementing her skills she is a great asset to our marketing team. She works with the social media and digital marketing for Bancroft and is always looking for new opportunities to improve. She has recently graduated from Elmhurst College with a Bachelor of Art Business and a focus in Graphic Design.
